Nope! The theory here is that it takes YouTube a day or two to understand your video, so waiting will result in better recommendations. Actually, the recommendations system starts understanding audience behavior the moment you make a video public, so waiting 24-48 hours is no different than waiting 24-48 seconds… or months. All you’re doing there is waiting!

(NB: If you’re concerned your video might hit up against other systems, like ad-friendly guidelines, community guidelines, or copyright, you can certainly wait for things like monetization status to come back before you go public)

So once the processing of your YouTube video is done and it says there isn’t any guidelines violation you can just go ahead and make the video live. There isn’t any specific benefit in waiting and making the video like after like a day or two from uploading.
